Manage under Trips → the reservation → Change or Cancel; your refund depends on the host's cancellation policy shown on the listing.

Refund not received

Refunds post to the original payment in 5–10 business days after approval; check Trips → Receipts for the status and amount.

Host or guest dispute

Use the Resolution Center to request or send money and document the issue with photos; involve Airbnb if you can't agree within 72 hours.

Can't access account

Reset your password and review logins under Account → Security; call the number above if a hacker changed your email.

Payout issue (hosts)

Confirm your payout method is verified and there's no hold; first payouts release about 24 hours after guest check-in.
