Hacked account recovery

Start at facebook.com/hacked. Meta has NO support phone line — any number claiming to be Facebook support is a scam. Recover via email/SMS or ID verification.

Disabled account appeal

Follow the appeal link in the notice and upload a government ID; decisions typically arrive by email within a few days.

Reset password

Use facebook.com/login/identify to find your account by email or phone, then reset. Remove unrecognized devices under Settings → Security.

Report impersonation
