Activate under Varo app → Cards; freeze a lost card there instantly and order a replacement.

Direct deposit or transfer

Confirm your employer used your Varo account/routing numbers; eligible deposits can arrive up to 2 days early.

Mobile check deposit issue

Endorse the check, photograph it in good light, and allow processing time; large checks may be held.

Unauthorized transaction or fraud

Freeze the card in-app, then call 1-877-377-8276 to dispute; report promptly for provisional credit.
